Overview
Wrike is a cloud-based collaborative work management platform for managing cross-functional work at scale.
As Principle Product Designer, I led a project to develop a new design language for the product.
Two key factors kickstarted this project:
After conducting interviews, it was discovered that some customers left Wrike or did not proceed past a trial stage because they found competitor products to be more modern and user-friendly.
Wrike's overall brand design language had been refreshed. It had been applied to the website and marketing but had not been used in the product.
Outcome
Fewer win/loss interviews mention Wrike design as a detractor, and more mention it as a strength
