Overview

Due to the confidential nature of this project, I can only share a few details.

I was part of a team that developed a series of education service concepts for teachers, students and parents.

My primary role was to develop user experience concepts from research insights and create concept designs.

My responsibilities

Interaction design, Storyboarding, User research, Wireframes, Workshop facilitation

Research

We conducted research with teachers, students & parents to generate opportunities.

Concepts and storyboards

I developed and validated concepts through a series of successful workshops, which provided valuable feedback that we used when iterating on the designs.

Wireframes

I created wireframes for the different user experiences. My primary focus was on experiences for teachers.

After the wireframes were developed visually, we created a series of prototypes to demonstrate our ideas to senior stakeholders.
